Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
1. General Exchange & Return Conditions
At Lymvere, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you find that a product has a minor defect or the size does not meet your expectations, you may submit a request by email within 30 days of receiving the product (contact@lymvere.com).
Restocking Fees & Conditions:
A restocking fee of €30 may apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Returns will only be accepted if the items are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Returned in original packaging with intact labels
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Additionally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Items Excluded from Exchange & Return
Some items are excluded from returns or refunds:
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code: Final sale — no returns or refunds.
- Clearance items: Due to their reduced price, these items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Hygiene or intimate items (e.g. nursing accessories, underwear, opened skincare products): Excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.
- Already shipped orders: If you change your mind after an order has shipped, you must wait to receive the delivery before initiating a return. Cancellation or refund before receipt is not possible.
3. Process by Situation
3.1 Defective or Damaged Item
Please contact us at contact@lymvere.com with:
- Clear photos
- A description of the issue
Once we have reviewed your request, we may issue a replacement for your item.
3.2 Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, please contact us at contact@lymvere.com with:
- Clear photos of the items received
- The items that should have arrived
Once we have reviewed the items, we will send you the correct product at no additional cost.
3.3 Item Never Arrived
If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Contact us by email so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier
- If the loss of the package is confirmed, we will issue a full replacement
3.4 Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation before the order has been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive it and then initiate the return process.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days
The refund will account for any applicable return or restocking fees.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the original payment method:
- Credit card: Refunded to the same card
- PayPal or other methods: Refunded to the original account
