These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern all relationships between:
Lymvere – a company registered in the United States, located at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #6396, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113, USA, operating the website www.lymvere.com (hereinafter "Seller"),
and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the website (hereinafter "Customer").
1. Purpose
These T&C define the conditions under which the Seller offers its products (dietary supplements and related health products) for sale through its e-commerce website.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Placing an order on www.lymvere.com constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C. The Customer confirms having read and accepted them prior to confirming their order.
3. Products
Products available for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Minor differences between images and the actual product may exist.
All products are manufactured at our partner factory in Asia, which maintains strict hygiene standards and fair working conditions.
4. Prices & Payment
Prices are listed in Euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (incl. VAT).
Delivery is free for orders over €45.
Payment is processed online via secure payment methods available on the website (credit card, etc.).
5. Orders
The Customer selects products, reviews their order, and completes payment. An order confirmation email is sent upon successful order placement.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination (typically 3 to 14 business days).
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure or transportation issues.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
For returns to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
- The Customer must submit their request by email to contact@lymvere.com.
- Returned products must be unused, in the same condition as received, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
- A restocking fee of €30 may be charged and deducted from the refunded amount.
Note: The Seller reserves the right to refuse refunds on discounted items or items purchased during exceptional promotional events.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.
8. Warranties & Liability
Products are covered by statutory warranties of conformity and latent defects.
The Seller cannot be held liable for improper use of a product or for any indirect damages.
9. Personal Data Protection
The Seller is committed to protecting the Customer's personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data will not be sold or shared without the Customer's consent.
10. Applicable Law & Disputes
These T&C are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will first be sought. Failing that, the courts at the Seller's registered address shall have jurisdiction.
